At Rip Curl, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your surfing gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided items are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
